Journey to Becoming Her

Your journey to becoming her is not easy, it takes patience, honesty, self-control, and boundaries not only for you but for those who are around you as well. Within that you must know what you are willing to do to become her. What you will and will not entertain. What you will deal with and what you will not all while having self-control and keeping your vision at the forefront.

Here is the truth, what most will not tell you. When you start your journey to becoming her you will be lied on, you will be talked about and that old version of you will be brought up and thrown to the surface by those who are uncomfortable with the woman you are becoming. When you start changing and evolving within yourself, it reminds them of what they could be doing, and some people benefit from you operating in a broken state. When you remain in a broken state people have more access and more freedom to get what they want from you.

I am here to tell you to have no fear in continuing your path to becoming her. There is beauty wrapped up in your brokenness. I know that sounds crazy right, but just hear me out. When you become her, you shed layers of your old self. While shedding the layers of who you used to be you discover who you are no longer willing to be. You discover the power in your story. Which gives you the strength you need to move forward. You build your confidence along the way. You realize that you never had to be in certain situations or relationships. You no longer have the fear of letting go and you realize some things didn’t work out because they weren’t supposed to. You realize you were basing your worth, your value, and your potential in the hands of people who cannot even see their own value let alone yours. With being said your self-worth is restored, your vision becomes clear, you no longer self-sabotage, you speak highly of yourself, and you push yourself to new levels all while becoming the woman you’ve always envisioned yourself to be.

What an awesome post! You are absolutely right, there are some people who will not be on board with you becoming your healed self because they only benefited from your broken place. I’m learning that now. It’s hurts for sure but only temporarily! Greater is on the other side!

Yes, you are right! Greater is on the other side of your brokenness and yes it does hurt at times. I always tell my clients that there is beauty in your brokenness. The beauty of it all is revealed to you within your healing journey, and once you start to become her you begin to unlock all of these things within in yourself. Your journey will always be worth it because you are worth it. Continue your path to greatness! Thanks for commenting!
